MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE
• N6 Technical Certificate or NCV Level 5 (Electrical\Mechanical\Instrumentation)
• Knowledge in Electrical, Mechanical and Instrumentation essentials
• Great communication skills
• Great knowledge and understanding of production process is fundamental.
• Excellent technical abilities with a strong hard working attitude
• Ability to recognize issues as well as difficulties – exceptionally purposeful in finding solutions arrangements.
• Able to work independently.
• Sticking to Factory Housekeeping principles
• Safety and health
• Help with shutdown and maintenance.
• Leadership skills
• Practical or experiential training will be an additional benefit.
