The Obligations and Responsibilities
The Transfer of Stock
After receiving orders at the stores, check that the deliveries are in accordance with the quality standards and the invoice.
Make certain that all of the stock is stored in accordance with the safety standards, and that the storage areas and equipment are kept clean, maintained, and protected.
We will respond to and resolve any questions or concerns regarding maintenance stock, and we will escalate any problems as necessary.
Look into the matter and find a solution to the differences right away.
Control of Stock
Make sure to take part in stock takes on a monthly basis, as well as recounts when they are required.
Find, investigate, and find a solution to any discrepancies that you find.
Ensure that stock levels are maintained in accordance with the orders and operational requirements.
Documentation pertaining to stock control is kept and filed away.
It is reported that obsolete stock is being disposed of.

Credentials and qualifications
Matriculation
Two years of experience or more in the field of maintenance stores or inventory control is required.
English language skills, both verbal and written.
One who is able to work well under pressure and is a member of a team
Licence to drive that is valid
