Job Description

To assume the responsibility of transporting the Group Chief Executive Officer and the Group Chief Executive Officer’s delegates in a way that is both safe and timely, while adhering to all applicable rules and regulations governing the transportation of people.

Qualifications and Work Experience Requirements:

Essential level of education is at least a high school diploma or its equivalent.
Code 10 A valid driver’s license and proof of insurance are required at all times.
Infractions committed against a driver’s license or permit will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
At least two years’ worth of experience working as a VIP or personal driver.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Daily pre-trip checks (inspections) must be performed on the vehicle that has been assigned, and it must also be checked to ensure that it complies with the regulations outlined in the National Road and Traffic Act.
Please inform the Fleet Manager of any necessary maintenance requirements.
Keep a daily log and inspection sheet up to date and complete it each day.
It was necessary to ensure that all other resources and delegates were delivered in their entirety.
Job requests should be prioritized to maximize both time and fuel efficiency.

Transport the delegates in a timely and secure manner.
Park the vehicle in a secure area provided by the company, make sure the vehicle (or vehicles) are locked, and put the keys away in a secure location.
Make sure that the vehicle is refueled the day before a weekend or holiday that falls on a weekend or a holiday that falls on a public holiday.
This applies to both weekends and holidays.
