Job Description

Answerable for the everyday management and activities of completed merchandise distribution center.

Duties:

• Guarantee timeous cycle counting practices and procedures are adhere to
• Limit squander waste write offs and item damage
• Control Forklift fleet.
• Deal with the stock in the completed merchandise distribution center to limit dangers like harms and decay.
• The board of security guidelines in stockroom
• The board of discipline in distribution center
• Successful administration of HR: advance little gathering exercises
• Management of British Retail Consortium (BRC) system in warehouse.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Matric or equivalent
• Tertiary qualification in stock control/warehousing or contemplating toward TMA Qualification

Experience:

• 2 – 3 years’ involvement with warehousing and distribution environment
• Computer literate
• Distinguishing proof of items according to item code.
• Stock Management experience.
