The appointed candidate will have the duty of establishing and upholding a secure environment for all individuals.
This may involve conducting patrols or monitoring surveillance equipment to secure the premises.
VIP (Security) Officers are tasked with the responsibility of preventing larceny and loss and reporting any suspicious or unusual activities.

You Deliver:

A C grade.
Competent with computers.
1-2 years of experience in security.
PSIRA (Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority)-registered.

A Bonus To Acquire:

A valid driver’s license is required.
Your Commitment To The Brand:

There must be a VIP (Security) Officer present at the branch 15 minutes prior to its opening.
In the VIP Officer’s presence, the branch will be opened by the branch manager or senior team leader.
Prior to the branch’s opening, the VIP (Security) Officer must ensure that a perimeter patrol is carried out.
VIP (Security) Officers are required to conduct perimeter checks for suspicious activity prior to the branch’s opening.
VIP (Security) Officers must maintain constant vigilance and awareness of their surroundings prior to the branch’s opening and closing.

As soon as the branch reopens, the VIP (Security) Officer is required to conduct a floor walk to ensure that everything is in order.
It is imperative that all observation checks be validated by the VIP (Security) officer prior to the Branch Manager or Senior Team Leader commencing their daily inspections.
One VIP must be stationed away from the entrance during the opening and closing processes, keeping an eye on his or her colleague and scanning for potential danger.
Internal and external branch entrances, rear areas, and all parking areas should be patrolled.

Ensure that all two-way radios are completely charged prior to their use in the early morning. Immediate notification of faulty equipment is required.
In order for the batteries to be operational at the start of your shift, allow them to charge overnight.
Ensure that every two-way radio and distress button is in proper working order and is stored securely.
It is mandatory for VIP (Security) Officers to be equipped with earpieces, two-way radios, and crisis buttons in order to facilitate communication and accessibility in the face of emergencies.
The VIP (Security) Officer stationed in the searching zone is required to conduct a scan of every individual entering the branch, including members of the team.

Ensure that the branch door or the gate is consistently closed within the searching zone.
Guests accessing the branch are not subject to cross-gender scanning by VIP (Security) Officers.
Only male VIP officers are permitted to scan male guests, while only female VIPs are permitted to scan female guests.
VIP (Security) Officers are required to use a stick to inspect the luggage of women. Male visitors are not permitted to carry in any bags.

The role of the VIP (Security) Officer is to regulate the number of vehicles entering and exiting the building, direct traffic on our property, and ensure the unobstructed movement of pedestrians and vehicles.
As part of the day’s concluding procedure, the VIP Officer is required to slide one door shut in order to restrict entry and reduce high-risk situations.
VIP (Security) Officers are required to attend branch meetings when the branch manager so instructs.
VIPs (Security) are required to assist with stock receipt, alarm testing, and daily report submission by 10:00 a.m. daily.

VIP (Security) Officers serve as the guests’ initial point of contact.
Ensure a favorable impression by extending a cordial “Good day, and welcome to Hollywood” to the guest.
Always strive to provide excellent passenger service by being cordial, considerate, and helpful.
Demonstrate a proactive approach in resolving visitor complaints and guarantee that guest feedback is effectively and positively communicated.

Constantly ensure that our guests are treated with courtesy and a positive attitude.

Owing to compliance

VIP (Security) Offices are required to ensure that all personnel are appropriately attired in complete Amadoda uniforms, including their name insignia, prior to the start of their shift. (only black footwear, black socks, and white veterinary)
Scan all individuals, including team members, who enter the premises.
Observe guests as they leave the branch and determine whether they brought something with them that they are now departing without.
There are no permitted luggage on the premises.

Weapons and firearms are strictly prohibited on the premises, with the exception of those carried by authorized law enforcement officers.
Visitors under the age of 18 are not permitted on the premises.
Before the situation spirals out of control, communicate with your coworkers and activate the emergency button if you encounter a challenging customer.
Whereas branches lack a liquor license, the presence of alcohol is strictly prohibited.
Credit wagers are strictly prohibited for all team members to accept.
On-duty VIP (Security) Officers are prohibited from placing wagers with Amadoda.
On-duty VIP (Security) Officers are not granted access to the Limited payout dispenser.

Standards of Conduct

You are not permitted to sit, lounge, use a mobile phone, or eat while on duty.
No smoking is permitted on employment.
You are prohibited from reporting for duty while under the influence of alcohol.
Your post will not be abandoned. You may be subject to disciplinary action as a result of this.
It is prohibited to slumber while on duty. You will be subject to disciplinary action as a result.
It is prohibited to engage in informal discussions with teammates or acquaintances while positioned at your post.
No gratuities will be accepted from the guest.
