Minimum Requirements
- Matric /NCV4/NSC3/ (with Maths and Science at NQF 4 with 120 credits)
Related Minimum Experience:
- 2 years of experience in related fields as a plant operator apprentice or plant operator at a power station

Principal Obligations and Duties
- Run the plant properly.
- Conduct troubleshooting and fault finding procedures.
- Pay attention to plant transients during both normal plant conditions and accident plant conditions.
- Be prepared to respond to medical, fire, and rescue emergencies.
