Job Advert Summary
Cleaning of Sewer Pump Stations, Wastewater Treatment, and Garden Maintenance. Reporting issues to the supervisor.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Previous work experience at a sewer pump station
- Physically and medically fit.
Primary Duties:
- Signing of the Pump Station Register.
- Weekly Pump Station Inspection.
- Sweep floors (if necessary) with each Pump Station visit.
- Wash the floors and walls monthly (if necessary).
- Dusting the electrical panels regularly
- Wash handrails weekly.
- Remove all litter from the site and dispose of it in clearly marked bins.
- Clean the Yard of Pump Stations (garden maintenance, such as grass trimming) as needed.
Knowledge:
- Basic understanding of sewer pump stations.
- Basic hygiene
- Safe work procedures
Skills:
- Communication skills (listening and verbal).
- Excellent housekeeping skills.

- Willing to work overtime and assist shift
